    Introduction; I’m Daniel Obute Aba, a 23-year-old Nigerian singer and digital artist. I was born on December 21, 2000.

 

     How did you get started in your field? I started writing songs at age 13, but I wasn’t really dedicated until I turned 16. In 2017, I wrote my first titled “UNSTOPPABLE” since then I have been writing songs. My first single came out as a web3 single on April 14, 2023. It was an exciting moment that I never thought would come to pass, I have always been good at drawing. Back in primary school, I was one of the best in drawing. I fully resumed my art in September 2023, becoming a full-time digital artist and singer. Alot has played out since then.

     What drives your passion and creativity?   It’s just something I love to do. It can be exhausting, but the joy I feel doing them is what keeps the spirit going.


      Who or what inspires you? For music , my inspiration is Ariana Grande. For art, I love many artists because they all have their unique styles, but my favorites to watch are Samdoesart and Proko. Sometimes I just get inspired to draw.

    What’s the most spontaneous or adventurous thing you have ever done? When I was little, I loved doing crazy things like jumping from trees. There’s alot more, but that’s the one i remember vividly.

    What’s one thing you are passionate about outside of your work or field? Acting. I would love to star in a movie someday.

   What’s the best advice you have ever received and from whom?

The best advice i received was from the Bible, “Mark 11:24”. Since then, i have been putting it to work, and i would say it’s been working out for working out me.

   If you could go back in time and give advice to your younger self, what would it be? It would be, “Don’t rush, always be patient”.

  What’s something that’s on your bucket list, and why is it important to you? I want to travel with family and friends and also perform for my supporters around the world. The connections we would be so spectacular.



      CHALLENGES AND LESSONS;

What obstacles have you faced and how did you overcome them? I have faced a lot! I overcome them through prayers, working smarter, and stepping out of my comfort zone because i see myself as an optimist.

     What valuable lesson have you learned along the way? Getting through the day is a success. Eating is doing your laundry is; there are so many ways to see success. As long as you have done it, then that’s my definition of success.


         SUCCESS AND ACHIEVEMENT

WHAT ARE YOUR MOST NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS SO FAR? My most notable accomplishment is releasing my first single as a web3 single on April 14, 2023.

  HOW DO YOU MEASURE SUCCESS IN YOUR FIELD? I measure success by the small daily achievements, like getting through the day, eating, and doing my laundry. Success comes in many forms.

 


                                ADVICE AND GUIDENCE

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE STARTING OUT IN YOUR FIELD? My advice would be, “stop rushing and don’t expect it to happen overnight. It will come as long as you follow the right path. It takes time ,but be patient with yourself and don’t be too hard on yourself”.

   WHAT SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE ARE ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS IN YOUR INDUSTRY? Confidence is number one. Being an optimist, always being positive, having good intentions, building trust, and being consistent are essential.



      FUTURE PLANS AND GOALS

WHAT PROJECTS OR ENDEAVORS ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON? I’m working on my debut EP, which is really exciting, and i can’t wait for it to come out.

     WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS? I see myself in my own house, traveling for tours in different countries, being financially free, being closer to God, and giving advice to those who need help.
